You can order our products from any European Union country.

How can I make purchases?
Buying through Erayba.com is very simple. You just have to follow the steps given below:
1. Find the product(s) you are interested in.
2. Select a product and add it to your shopping basket. Next you can choose to carry on shopping or go to the checkout. If you are a consumer client you need to to process your order without registering. Professional clients must register before going to the checkout.
3. Select a method of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal or Bank transfer.
4. Confirm the order.
5. You will receive a confirmation email.
How can I be sure I have completed my purchase correctly?
Can I track my order?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order has left the warehouse, which will include a tracking number with a link to the courier service’s website.
Can I obtain an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes, you have to first sign up as a professional and provide the tax details that we ask you for.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the internet?
Yes, your details are sent via SSL encryption. Only Secure Electronic Commerce (SEC) transactions will be accepted for payment with Visa and Mastercard. Once your card has been verified as conforming to the CES system the system will contact the bank that issued the card so that the purchaser can authorise the purchase. When the bank verifies your card, payment will be taken. If the card is not verified, the order will be cancelled.
Where can I have my order delivered to?
You can have your order delivered to whatever address you choose (home, work, etc. – but never to a post office box).
Can the country the order is delivered to be different from the country where the order was placed?
No, the country the order is delivered to must be the same as the country where the order was placed.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times are between 2 and 3 working days for Spain, and between 3 and 5 working days for the rest of Europe (for orders received up to 12.00 o’clock mid-day).
The prices are stated in € (euros). The price charged is the price that appears in the online shop when a client places an order.
The prices and offers shown in the Erayba online shop are valid only and exclusively for online orders made via www.erayba.com, and may not be the same as prices and current offers at other Erayba points of sale and sales channels in Spain and the rest of Europe.

Please read the conditions regarding the return of goods below.
Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Due to the nature of Erayba products it is not possible for goods to be returned if they have been used by the client.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return the product in its original condition (packaging, boxes, etc., in perfect condition) within 7 days of receiving the order, provided that the goods are in perfect condition, the corresponding guarantee seals are intact and the original packaging is provided. Erayba.com will proceed to pay back the cost of the purchase less delivery costs. The cost of returning the goods will be the client’s responsibility.
In the event of an error the cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of Erayba.com.
Missing items, breakages or imperfections that are the result of the transportation of the goods must be stated on the carrier’s delivery note or, in its absence, notified by email to within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. The claim must be accompanied by photographs illustrating the defect.
Once the return of the goods has been approved, you will receive the refund using the same method as you used to make the purchase.
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition), you will receive a confirmation email stating that your refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
Remember that processing payment to your credit card always depends on your bank.
Erayba.com reserves the right to refuse to make repayments if it is advised of a return, or a return is made, after the time period set, or if the items received by them are not in the same condition as they were received by the purchaser.
Confirmation of the order implies knowledge of and acceptance of these general conditions of purchase.
